What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is 100 custom lighters. This applies to all orders, including mixed color orders.

How does the customization work?

After placing your order, we will send you a mockup within 24-48 hours to confirm your design. Once the design is approved production will proceed. 

What lighter brand do you use?

We use Clipper lighters — a trusted brand known for quality and durability. Unlike most disposable lighters, Clippers are designed to be refillable: both the gas and the flint are replaceable, making them a more sustainable choice.

What colors are available?

Custom lighters are available in five colors: White, Black, Yellow, Orange, and Cyan.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 7–14 business days after artwork approval. Contact us at contact@docslighters.com for rush orders or larger quantities.

Can I order a sample before committing to a full run?

Samples are available — reach out to us directly at contact@docslighters.com to discuss options.

Are these lighters eco-friendly?

Clipper lighters have a lower environmental impact than standard disposable lighters because they are fully refillable — the gas canister and flint can both be replaced, extending the lighter's life indefinitely.

What file format should I send for my design?

We recommend high-resolution PNG, SVG, or PDF files. Your artwork should be at least 300 DPI for best print quality.
